GRATITUDE {Thanks}

Gratitude ... the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.

There are times when life seems difficult and hard to deal with.  There are times when we feel down and might not feel like we have a lot to be thankful for.

It is easy to be negative at times, to fall into the trap of giving up.  It seems to be the path of least resistance.

Everywhere on blogs and Facebook there has been talk of Thanksgiving, which is an American celebration, leading people to write about what they are thankful for.  This is a good reminder of what we are thankful for.  A good opportunity not to take for granted the things that you have and to show gratitude for the things that you have in your life

Things I'm Thankful for

What a good reminder. We may not celenbrate thanksgiving like in America but it is worth reflecting on gratitude, isn't it? It seems all too easy to think about shortcomings and what we don't have rather than all the wonderful things we do have. Thankyou for this post Lotti. It made me teary and I'm grateful that you shared this!
