Day 24 - 27th October 2009
This was the most amazing sight.
The town where I stayed in North Queensland was apparently famous for hot air balloons, but I never expected to wake up and see them floating overhead.
I woke up at 6.30am in the morning and looked out the window and saw 3 balloons ... of course, not one to miss a photo opportunity, I picked up my camera and went out the verandah and started snapping away. It was awesome to watch ... loved it.
I've never been up in a hot air balloon, but it's definately something that I plan to do in my life time.
