My Baby turns 28 today ....... doesn't the time fly
My dear Son,
When you were born you were so little and innocent and dependent on me. I knew that you would grow up one day, but really I just wanted time to stand till and keep you that way. I think all mothers want that. I think it's that way because babies are so special, and they are even more special when they are our own. You had your challenges when you were little, but you continued to grow into a strong child and young man.
I will always love you Christopher, but I do know you prefer Chris. Even if I never see you, you will always be in my heart. That will never change. You will always be my son. My prayer and wish for today on your birthday is that you have a wonderful day and that your life is filled with happiness and that one day our relationship will mend and we will see each other again.

My heart aches for you, even though I don't know you or your son. My son turned 28 this week too. I hope you and your son's relationship can be good one day.
Thank you Annette .... divorce can have horrid consequenses. I live in in hope that one day our relationship will be mended.
Ah.... sounds like both a happy & a sad day. Beautiful photos of your boy when he was little, I hope things work out for you both.
